Lewis Carroll, who wrote Alice in Wonderland, was an Aquarian. What an imagination!
Aquarians, go left when you tell them to go right. There is no box that can hold them, no way to contain their creativity. They will go where there is no road, invent what cannot be possible. Technology is ruled by Aquarius’ ruling planet, Uranus, which also rules lightning. When an Aquarian has a brainstorm, it can light up the sky, day or night.

Aquarians want to be fair to everyone, as long as you do nothing to impede their freedom. They will rule justly, govern wisely; Abraham Lincoln was an Aquarian. I would be willing to wager Harry Potter was an Aquarian, and if I am incorrect the book should be adjusted to make him one! He perfectly fits the description.
Many try to iron out their curlier-than-usual hair, but it won’t stay straight for long (both literally and metaphorically).
Aquarians can take on aspects of their neighboring sign, Capricorn, and be excellent at business; they have an executive sensibility. And they can take on Piscean empathy, in terms of helping others.
Aquarians are sometimes mistakenly identified as a water sign. Nothing could be further from the truth. Rather, they carry and distribute as needed the waters of life, also known as the elixirs of life. Aquarius, actually, is an air sign, which correlates to the world of ideas. Aquarians can talk all night long, seemingly never running out of brilliant ideas.
This sensibility can make them sleep less than they should; they are all too willing to do for others what they really shouldn’t volunteer to do—there simply aren’t enough hours in the day.
Life will never be dull for the Aquarian.
I have a god-daughter who is an Aquarian. We have been communicating for at least two decades and we never run out of things to chat about. In our conversations, for both of us there is breakthrough after breakthrough.
And the idea that “it can all change tomorrow”—that too, is an Aquarian trait.
Here are some intriguing Aquarians: Justin Timberlake, Harry Styles Jennifer Aniston, Oprah Winfrey, Dr. Dre, Bob Marley, Ed Sheeran, Ellen Degeneres, Michael Jordan, Thomas Edison, Gregory Hines, Mikhail Baryshnikov. They are all looking for profound meaning—for them, this lifetime is not an incarnation where they are just going to blithely “get through it.”
Friends are vital to Aquarians, young and old. An Aquarian parent can either be highly involved with their kids or a bit detached. Careful not to want be your kids’ friend exclusively; keep the parent-child boundaries in check. This can be challenging, given that today children and their parents often like the same music, clothes, and movies.
In general, never tell an Aquarian “no” when it comes to inspiration. And realize that sometimes, because they have so many acquaintances whom they consider friends, they need to unplug. It’s not personal.
