INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of pumpkin
1.5 cups coconut milk
2 tbls of vanilla
1 tsps of pumpkin pie spice mix
2 cups of vanilla yogurt
4 cups of ice
2 tsps of cinnamon
1 cup of milk “cows or alternative"
1/2 c pine nuts
1-2 slices of fresh ginger (depending on your preference)
maple syrup to sweeten
